KAYAKING
When summers are filled with 90 degree heat, it’s time to find a place to cool off. That’s when I hop in my kayak. With the Chesapeake Bay and Atlantic Ocean to the east, the Potomac River running right past DC, and untold numbers of rivers and lakes in all directions, there is no shortage of places to get out on the water.

The artist is the creator of beautiful things. To reveal art and conceal the artist is art’s aim. The critic is he who can translate into another manner or a new material his impression of beautiful things.
